PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce a storage volume during the transportation of an empty container or after contents are discharged and also reduce residual contents by providing a hinged chevron-shaped part from a shoulder and an inverted chevron-shaped crease from a bottom on opposite faces of the container having a deformable body and providing a longitudinally curved crease between the chevron-shaped part and the inverted chevron-shaped part. SOLUTION: Hinged chevron-shaped parts 46, 48 from a shoulder 20 are provided and further inverted chevron-shaped curved creases 56, 58 from a bottom 60 are provided on opposite faces of a truncated-pyramid-shaped body 30. Further, two longitudinal curved creases 40, 42 are longitudinally formed between corners of the chevron-shaped parts and the inverted chevron-shaped parts. The respective curved creases and ridges 22, 24, 26, 28 are formed by thinning with a recess provided on an internal side to make them easy to fold. Thus when contents in the liquid container 1 are ejected and an internal volume is reduced, the shoulder 20 and the bottom 60 are folded along the respective ridges and creases to be small on a folded state over the body 30, thereby reducing a storage volume. |
