PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a metallic glass-made formed product excellent in a strength characteristic and a method for easily producing the metallic glass-made formed product. SOLUTION: In a lower die 5 in a pressing die 6 composed of an upper die 4 having a smooth curving surface or a flat surface and the lower die 5 having a cavity part 7 and having no fitting part in which the upper die 4 and the lower die 5 are mutually fitted, a metallic material is set. The metallic material is melted by using a high energy heat source capable of melting this metallic material. The upper die 4 and the lower die 5 are relatively rocked from a inclining state and the molten metal is pressed so as to mutually laminate the both dies into a parallel state and the molten metal at a m.p. or higher is deformed into a prescribed shape and at the same time of deforming or after deforming, the molten metal is cooled at a critical cooling speed or more and produced into a prescribed shape.
