PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To preven diffusion and berthing of run-off oil on the sea from vessel, etc., by providing swingable directional control propellers for controlling independent operation with radio operation to the bottoms of oil fence robot ships used for storage and stretch. SOLUTION: Oil fence robot ships 10, 20 and 30 used for storage and stretch are built up into detachable block bodies, the said block bodies can be easily mounted and transported, and they are quickly transported to a run off oil diffusion sea area A to throw down. In that case, storage ship 10 and strech ships 20 and 30 respectively have screws for making independently directional control propulsive operation, and the operation is made with radio signals by remote control.
