摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a controller for a prime mover and a hydraulic pump to control the rotation frequency of the prime mover and the inclination of the hydraulic pump in response to the input change of an operation instructing means, which is capable of controlling the discharge flow rate of the pump in good response to the input change of the operation instructing means. SOLUTION: In a reference pump flow computation part 70a, control pilot pressure PL1 on the side of a hydraulic pump 1 is referred to a table stored in a memory to compute a reference discharge flow rate QR10. In a target pump flow computation part 70c, the reference discharge flow rate QR10 is divided by the ratio (NRC/NR1) of the maximum rotational frequency NRC to a target engine rotational frequency NR1 to compute a target discharge flow rate QR11. In a target pump inclination computation part 70e, the target discharge flow rate QR11 is divided by an actual engine rotational frequency NE1 and a constant K1 to calculate a target inclinationθR1. In a solenoid output current computation part 70G, a driving current S11 by which the target inclinationθR1 is obtained is found to be output to a solenoid control valve 30.
