PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To most conveniently execute a remote examination such as estimation, necessary measure or the like of a trouble cause by detecting a representative rotary phase of upstream/downstream side of a sheet inverting mechanism, calculating number of degrees of the phase at the upstream/downstream side upon reception of the detection signal, and displaying a numeric value of the degree data of the phase. SOLUTION: Rotary phase detecting means 5, 8 for representatively detecting rotary displacements of impression cylinders 4, 7 of a printing unit as rotary phases of upstream and downstream sides are provided at the cylinders 4, 7 of the unit of the upstream and downstream sides of a sheet inverting mechanism 2. And, these detection signals are input to an arithmetic and logic means 6. The means 6 receives detection signals of the means 5, 8 of the upstream and downstream sides, and calculates the degrees of the respective rotary phases. And, display means 9 such as liquid crystal, CRT or the like receives rotary phase degree data from the means 6, and always divisionally displays them at upstream and downstream sides in the form of changing every moment together with a schematic view of a printer. |
