PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fishing reel in which the weight and the center of gravity of a balancer is approximated to the total weight and the center of gravity of a handle knob without increasing the number of parts. SOLUTION: In the reel body B of a fishing reel, a handle A consists of a drive shaft 1 of a drive mechanism, a handle arm 2 fitted to the drive shaft 1, a T-shaped handle grip 4 rotatively fitted on the one end 2a of the handle arm 2 with a supporting shaft 3, a balancer 6 comprising a balance-constituting material fixed to the other end 2b of the handle arm 2 with a supporting shaft 5 and a cap 7 attached to the handle arm 2. The handle arm 2 is formed with a linear part 2e extending from the central part toward the one end 2a, a linear portion 2f extending from the central part toward the other end 2b, a bent portion 2g formed by bending toward an outward axial direction of the drive shaft 1 and a linear portion 2h behind the bent portion. |
