METHOD FOR CONNECTION OF CASING PIPES

FIELD: oil and gas production industry. SUBSTANCE: method is used in strengthening well bore-hole by means of casing pipe string. According to method, in assembling casing string, one pipe is installed above other pipe and then they are secured together with interference. Prior to fastening, sleeve end of pipe is heated to assembling temperature and after that it is secured along mating surfaces which are made in the form of protrusions with respective slots. Application of aforesaid method ensures better tightness and strength of joints between casing pipes. EFFECT: higher efficiency. 1 cl, 9 dwg
