FIELD: power production for industry and public utilities. SUBSTANCE: power plant has tubular cylindrical boiler with bottom and top drums, turbine with generator, working medium heating and cooling system incorporating fan, pump, condenser with pipelines and air conduits equipped with shutting and control valves. Essential features of power plant are as follows: atmospheric air is used during all seasons for heating liquid nitrogen and converting it into gas phase with desired pressure and temperature conditions; atmospheric-air admission header is mounted at boiler inlet on side opposite to that where working medium is admitted to bottom drum; working-medium delivery line downstream of pump is passed through heat exchanger opposing cool air stream coming from boiler.
