PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ethylene/vinyl acetate copolymer saponificate composition excellent in long-run melt moldability, appearance, etc., and capable of giving a laminate reduced in odor emission and interlaminar adhesion and to provide its laminate. SOLUTION: This composition contains an ethylene/vinyl acetate copolymer saponificate (A) having an ethylene content of 20-60 mol.%, and a degree of saponification of 90 mol.% or above, acetic acid (B) and magnesium acetate and/or calcium acetate (C). The content of B is 0.05 pt.wt. or below based on 100 pts.wt. A, and the content of C is 0.001-0.02 pt.wt. (in terms of the metal) per 100 pts.wt. A. |
