PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the semi-stuck state of a sludge in a tank in advance by dispersing a residual fine sludge by a strong pump for stirring in the tank and carrying out a circulation treatment by re-sending the dispersed sludge to a magnetic separator, after carrying out a primary treatment by the magnetic separator for the sludge shape scrap of a magnetic body and the coolant including grains in a grinding machine or other general processing machine. SOLUTION: The sludge in a dirty coolant streamed out from a processing machine is streamed in this tank 23 through a conduit-pipe after treating by a magnetic separator 1 at first. The sludge is dispersed by spouting the coolant by a strong stirring pump provided on this tank and a circulation treatment is carried out by sending the coolant mixed this dispersed sludge to the magnetic separator 1 again. Therefore, the sludge does not remain in the tank and the coolant in the tank is purified by the circulation treatment.
