<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To securely cut off water by constituting a cut-off structure with one or more stratified solids of a mixed fluid having such a characteristic as it is solidified after an elapsed time and comprising soil, water, and cement and pouring or spraying the fluid on ground. SOLUTION: A stratified solid 11 of a mixed fluid of soil, water and cement has a cut-off property and a preventive capacity against water leakage into a ground by covering the ground 10 therewith. The mixing ratio of soil, water, and cement in the solid 11 is optionally set in accordance with the use of a cut-off layer to decide the cut-off capacity. The ratio is set so that the solid 11 is lower than about 10<7> cm<3> s and soil, water, and cement are mixed together at 0.3-0.85 m<3> , 200-600 l, 30-500 kg per 1 m<3> of the solid 11 respectively for instance. And bentonite or lime is mixed with the fluid mixture to increase the impervious property. And a soil conditioner chiefly composed of inorganic metal salts and citric acid is added thereto. In this way, heavy metals in soil is neutralized and adverse effects to the soil at the periphery of the cut-off structure 12 can be prevented.</p> |
