PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To bring out the intrinsically indispensable physical properties of a packaging material until contents in a packaging container are used up, and allow the packaging container after use to contribute to resources-saving and the volume reduction of refuse to be produced, by providing an inner container dividedly separable from an outer container, dividedly separating the inner container from the outer container to be made to waste after the contents are used up, and inserting another refilling inner container containing new contents into the outer container to be set therein. SOLUTION: A container main body 1 is formed by using a sheet composed of at least two layers by a method of vacuum forming, pressure forming or the like. When contents C are used up, the container main body 1 is separable between the layers of the sheet, and a rigid outer container 3 on the outer side of the container main body 1 can be separated from a comparatively flexible inner container 2 which has been in contact with the contents C. At a stage that the contents C have been all taken out, the inner container 2 alone is made to waste, and the outer container 3 is reused. Since the outer container 3 is repeatedly used in such a way, it is desirable that it has suitable rigidity and fastness properties. After the inner container 2 is dividedly separated from the outer container 3 and made to waste, a refilling inner container 5 filled with new contents C is inserted into the inside of the outer container 3 to be set, and the outer container 3 is reused.
