DEVICE FOR PREPARATION OF HIGH-OCTANE COMPONENT OF MOTOR FUELS AND SULFURIC ACID DELIVERY UNIT

FIELD: oil refining industry. SUBSTANCE: reactor arbitrarily divided into three zones is made in form of vertical cylindrical housing provided with branch pipes for supply of olefins and discharge of reaction products in its upper portion and branch pipes for supply of sulfuric acid and isoparaffins in its lower portion. Provided on inner surface of housing is system of checkers; each checker is made from two engageable cylindrical bushes. Olefins and isoparaffins supply branch pipes are mounted inside reactor in such way that flows of isoparaffins and olefins are directed towards each other; branch pipes have perforations on their cylindrical surface at the outlet. Sulfuric acid supply unit located in lower portion of housing is engageable with its inner and end surfaces, as well as with outer surface of isoparaffin supply branch pipe. This unit is made in form of metal disk connected with sulfuric acid supply branch pipe by means of receiving reservoir. This disk has holes of different forms and sizes located in its radial plane and connected together to form "isoparaffin-sulfuric acid" emulsion. Geometric sizes of these holes and of separate structural members of reactor are related by specific relationships. EFFECT: obtaining highly dispersed emulsion due to forming the jet and ensuring turbulence of flow increasing the amount of product and improving its quality. 11 cl, 11 dwg
