BUTTER CHURNING DEVICE

FIELD: consumer goods; applicable in butter churning from cream under household conditions. SUBSTANCE: the claimed device has cylindrical vessel with agitator arranged along its axis and mounted on drive shaft. Installed immovably at vessel walls at acute angle to vertical plane running through axis of drive shaft are beaters. Neighboring agitator blades are mounted on drive shaft with displacement in height. Agitator is of propeller type. Rotation of agitator results in rotation of cream round vessel axis and along it in vertical plane. Mounted on electric motor shaft is driving gear wheel which transmits rotary motion via two driven gear wheels to two-rotor vacuum pump which is coaxial to them. Vacuum pump creates continuous rarefaction in vessel during butter churning to provide for more suitable conditions for conduction of the process.
