摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a dielectric ceramic composition, sinterable even in a reducing atmosphere at <=1,000 deg.C, having a high permittivity, stabilized in temperature characteristics of the permittivity, providing >=10,000 Q value expressed in terms of Qf in a high-frequency region (GHz band) and remarkably improved in the Q value in the high-frequency region. SOLUTION: This dielectric ceramic composition contains a compound oxide represented by (CaO)x (Zr1-y .Tiy )O2 , an Mn compound in an amount of 1.0-3.0 pts.wt., based on 100 pts.wt. compound oxide and expressed in terms of MnCO3 and a glass component represented by (aLi2 O-bB2 O3 -cCaO) in an amount of 0.5-2.0 pts.wt. based on 100 pts.wt. compound oxide. The value of (x) is 0.95-1.05 and the value of (y) is 0.01-0.10. The value of (a) is 25-45 and the value of (b) is 45-65. Furthermore, the value of (c) is 5-20 and [(a)+(b)+(c)] is 100.
