<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wrapping film for packaging, which is excellent in easy- tearing properties, mechanical strength characteristics, the adhesion to a vessel, appropriateness for electronic oven and the like and, at the same time, has no food hygienic problem at all and is economically predominant, and its manufacturing method. SOLUTION: This multilayered film consists of both A and C outer layers and a B intermediate layer under the condition that the thickness of the B intermediate layer is 5-30% of the total thickness of the multilayered film. Each of both the A and C outer layers is made of a composition including 99-60 wt.% of at least one ethylene-based resin selected from the group consisting of ethylene single polymer obtained by a high pressure radical polymerizing method, ethylene-vinylester copolymer and ethylene-unsaturated carboxylic acid ester copolymer, 1-10 wt.% of ethylene-propylene copolymer and 0-30 wt.% of regenerated resin. The B intermediate layer is made of propylene-based resin.</p> |
