PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To surely secure the adhesive property between a rubber elastic body and a resin outer tube, as well as to secure a high fatique durability of the rubber elastic body surely by applying a pre-compression securely to the rubber elastic body. SOLUTION: An integral article made by fixing a tubular rubber elastic body 2 on the outer periphery of an inner tube 1 is manufactured. After a thermosetting type adhesive is applied to at least one side of the inner surface of a resin outer tube 3 and the outer surface of the rubber elastic body 2, the integral article is pressed into the outer tube 3 so as to manufacture an assembly article 8. By injecting the molten resin of a resin installing body 5 into a cavity in the condition to provide the assembly article 8 in the cavity of an injection molding mold 9, the thermosetting type adhesive is hardened by the melting heat of the molten resin, so as to adhere the rubber elastic body 2 and the outer tube 3. |
