PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a composition having an excellent balance among low- temperature properties, rough surface adhesiveness and pressure-sensitive adhesiveness while keeping holding power by mixing a block copolymer with a tackifier comprising anα-methylstyrene resin and a terpene resin in a specified ratio and a softener. SOLUTION: The block copolymer used is one of an A-B type and/or an A-B-A type (wherein A is a polymer block of an aromatic vinyl monomer; and B is a polymer block of a conjugated diene monomer). Theα-methylstyrene resin used is anα-methylstyrene resin or a styrene/α-methylstyrene resin. Theα-methylstyrene resin is mixed with the terpene-modified phenolic resin in a weight ratio of 40/60-80/20. It is desirable that 100 pts.wt. base polymer is mixed with 10-60 pts.wt. tackifier. Desirably, the softener is used in an amount of 10-70 pts.wt.
