PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a sheet having an excellent anchoring strength to realize an intended color through an increased hiding capability while maintaining properties intrinsic to the substrate sheet, by coating a surface of a synthetic resin sheet with an adhesive composed of a specific ratio of an adhesive base polymer and a pearl pigment. SOLUTION: Used as the synthetic resin sheet is a sheet formed by calendering a soft polyvinyl chloride, etc. It should be >=40μm and <=120μm in thickness. A pref. polyvinyl chloride for use is one polymerized in an emulsion or microsuspension, having a particle size of 0.3-0.5μm and a degree of polymerization of 1,000-5,000. The adhesive is pref. of an acrylic type. A pearl pigment is blended to give a hiding capability to the adhesive. A pref. pearl pigment is a mica coated with titanium dioxide. The coated surface area is 20-50% of the surface area of the mica. The blended amt. is 2-40 pts.wt. based on 100 pts.wt. of the adhesive base polymer.
