PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform a positive adhering of an accessory item to a packaging film and cause an adhering position of the accessory item to be located at a rear surface of the packaging member by a method wherein the accessory of the packaging item is adhered on a beltlike packaging film running in the lateral direction with the packaging item mounted on it in an inverse pillow packaging operation. SOLUTION: A beltlike packaging film 3 is guided for its running by a guide roller 5 in a lateral direction. The film is formed from its beltlike shape into a cylindrical shape by a pair of transferring rollers 9 under a state in which a packaging item 7 is mounted on it while it is being transferred by the rollers. An accessory item 17 such as a freshness keeping agent is slipped down on a shoot 24 in a substantial flat region of the packaging film 3 just after passing through the guide roller 5. Since a double-adhesion surface tape or the like is adhered to the accessory item 17, it is fallen onto the packaging film 3 and at the same time, it is adhered to the packaging film 3. The accessory item 17 is positioned at the rear surface of the packaging member to which the vertical seal is applied and it does not move toward the front surface side.
