SUBSTANCE: method requires bit transmission speed of 384kbit/s due to reducing transmitted data. For the purpose, K input channels are reflected in the form of NúK segments of virtual spectral data channels which are quantized , encoded, and transmitted including psychoacoustics principles and then K output channels are reproduced from transmitted bit stream by means of jointly transmitted list of NúK spectral data channels.
