The rocker 2 closes the box 1 at the front and defines a foot 2, 3 which, together with fins of the box 1 and a table-type configuration 5.1 of the thrust device 5 determines a plane of support for the lower packet 4. Both the rocker 2 and the thrust device 5 are connected to the chute 8 whose horizontal guided movement gives rise to their rocking and the exit of the lower packet 4, assisted by a sloping section 3.2 defined by the closure casing 3. <IMAGE>
