Internally coated product with a ducted element (1), incorporating an inner wall (4) of large curvature, includes a solid charge and a liquid. The liquid is a solution of an alkaline silicate and the solid charge includes sand, 20-30 wt.% binder that reacts chemically with the liquid and 4-10 wt.% plasticising additions. The solid charge and the liquid are destined to be mixed with a mass relationship of liquid : binder = 1:0.35-0.45. Independent claims are also included for the following: (A) coating the inner wall of the product by: (a) mixing (5) the solid charge and the liquid to produce a pasty mixture (3) essentially homogenous, (b) depositing (6) the mixture in an uniform manner on the inner wall (4) of the ducted element (1), and (c) allowing the hardening of the mixture (30) deposited, notably by heating the ducted element (1) in order to form the main internal coating; (B) machine for carrying out the coating process. Used to make a ducted element (claimed). The product is used most particularly for the evacuation ducts for waste water which may contain some aggressive media.
