WALL PAPER AND ITS CUTTING, AND SLITTER FOR WALL PAPER SIZING MACHINE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To stick a wall paper favorably in terms of visual sense and design by cutting the wall paper so that the reverse face runs shorter than the surface at the edge section so as to prevent aperture-like feeling development at the end of the wall paper to be stuck adjacently. SOLUTION: A wall paper 4 is cut in such a way that the reverse face 42 side runs shorter than the surface 41 side in respect of the center of the wall paper so as to be <5 deg. (pref. 0.5-2 deg.) in the divergence angleαof the slope corresponding to a notch. The cutting blade to be used is a rotator, i.e., shiftedly pressure-welded rotary blade, e.g. a slitter with upper and lower blades arranged so as to cut a wall paper from the reverse face toward the surface.
