A press-through pack comprising an accommodation main body (2) having a plurality of accommodation recesses (2a) connected with one another by a sheetlike portion (2b), a substrate (3), and a seal sheet (5) having an adhesive layer (4) disposed on one of the surfaces of the substrate (3), wherein the adhesive layer (4) of the seal sheet (5) and the sheet-like portion (2b) of the accommodation main body (2) are bonded under the state where a solid matter (T) is accommodated in each of a plurality of recesses (2a) of the accommodation main body (2), the accommodation main body (2) is sealed by the seal sheet (5), the seal sheet (5) is bonded to the sheet-like portion (2b) of the accommodation main body (2) so that the solid matter (T) can be taken out when a protuberance portion (2c) as the outer surface of the accommodation recess (2a) accommodating the solid matter is pushed by a finger and the portion of the seal sheet (5) sealing the accommodation recess (2a) is ruptured, without causing float and peel at the bond portion between the adhesive layer (4) of the seal sheet (5) and the sheet-like portion (2b) of the accommodation main body (2), and can be easily peeled off from the accommodation main body (2); and the seal sheet for this press-through pack.
