The bulkhead structure for a vehicle engine compartment forms a wall between the fender cladding (2) and the wheel wing cladding (1). It allows for final tolerances and relative movements between it and the adjacent claddings. A horizontally aligned wall in the form of a closure cap (3) has a shackle (8) with a clamping screw (17).
