摘要 The device has a compressed air medium flow through the opening cross section of the blowing jet assembly (35) which is divided into a main stream, and at least two side streams. The main stream has a higher volume flow than each of the side streams. The main jet stream is at the center section (29) of the yarn channel (13), and a side stream is at each of the two edge zones (33) of the yarn channel. The opening cross section is formed by a blower jet (37a) or from a number of jets in the blower assembly (35) and preferably two or three jets. The main stream follows or precedes the side streams, in the direction of yarn travel. The main and side streams are parallel to each other in the yarn channel and can flow in different and opposite directions. The side streams can be against each other, and can flow across the line of the main stream. The opening cross section is symmetrical to a lateral axis (41), at right angles to the longitudinal axis (26), or it is asymmetrical to the lateral axis (41). The opening cross section is in the shape of a cross, star, quadrilateral, triangle, T-shaped, X-shaped, Y-shaped, C-, U-, V-, or W-shaped. A partial opening cross section, to give the main stream flow from the jet, can be rounded, circular, elliptical, oval or V-shaped. The main stream can be composed of a number of partial main streams. The blowing jet (37a) is aligned at an angle delta to the longitudinal channel axis (26) of 60 deg <= delta <= 90 deg and preferably 75 deg /^d <= 87 deg or at delta <= 60 deg .
