The invention concerns a wheel-balancing device (4) comprising a balancing weight (5) enclosed in a case (6) whereof one surface is adapted to be made integral with a tyre and which is made of a material having the same colour as the tyre. The invention also concerns a wheel comprising a rim (2) and a tyre (3), balanced with such a balancing device. The colour of the case can in particular be black or white, depending on the colour of the tyre.
