The harness has a pulling force transmission element in the form of a horse collar and consisting of two shoulder-blade parts (1,2) padded (4) at the back and joined at the top and bottom by length-adjustable, two part flexible connecting elements (5,6). A pull-ring (10) is fixed to each of the shoulder blade parts on the rear side. A length-adjustable, two-part shoulder blade support element (7) fits onto the shoulder blade parts the undersides of which have a neck-shield part (8) with connection to the back strap.
