LOOPING PIT APPARATUS WITH TRANSFER OF BEGINNINGS AND ENDS OF LONGITUDINALLY CUT BANDS

The invented loop pit (1) equipment with transfer of beginnings and ends of longitudinally severed strips is defined from one side by circular shears (15) and from the other side with a separator (13) being provided with feed rollers (14). On guides (2) situated on both sides of the loop pit (1) there is mounted a transfer device (3) being connected with interconnected supporting rollers (10). These rollers (10) other ends are connected with a frame (16). At the beginning and end of the loop pit (1) there are placed below the supporting roller (10) upper edge tilting lead-in bows (12). The guides (2) are provided with racks (6) and the transfer device (3) is equipped with a rotary drive (4) with toothed pinions (5), pulleys (7) and a split collet (8) with rolls (9). The supporting rollers (10) being provided with pulleys (18) and toothed pinions (19) on a joint shaft are interconnected by means of chains (11).
