PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To more accurately display a present position. SOLUTION: A CPU 10 calculates the present position of this time from a bearing and a moving distance obtained from the input of a GPS receiver 27, a gyro sensor 20 and a distance sensor 21 and the present position calculated in a previous time. Then, the present position of this time and a road map read through a CD-ROM driver 26 are collated and the most probable position on a road is defined as the display position of this time. Also, the present position of this time is corrected to the interior division point of the present position and display position of this time. |
