PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To form an excellent image by executing image processing so as to make density on the upstream side in the moving direction of a developing sleeve lower than that on the downstream side, as image data. SOLUTION: The image processing is attained so as to make the density on the upstream side in the moving direction of the developing sleeve 131 lower than that on the downstream side, as the image data. Therefore, an image is formed in consideration of the influence of a developing bias, so that the image can be faithfully reproduced. Since an AC bias is applied to the developing sleeve 131, to attain noncontact development, the developing bias more conspicuously appears because of the influence of the fact that toner soars up while being vibrated, as well. But in this method and device, the image can be excellently formed without the above-mentioned influence. Especially, at the time of superimposing toner images of plural colors to form a color image on an image forming body, the influence of the first stuck toner is exerted so that the fact is a great trouble in the case of to forming the excellent image. In such a case, the first stuck toner be made a sensible image without any bias, to form an excellent color image. |
