GROUNDING TANK TYPE CIRCUIT BREAKER

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a low-cost grounding tank type circuit breaker by simplifying the mounting structure of a current transformer. SOLUTION: A flange 13 is fixed onto the end part of a branch pipe 12 which is branched from a pressurized container 11 containing switching contacts of a gas-blast circuit breaker. A bushing 14 is provided on this flange 13. Sandwiched by the flange 13 and a holding plate 16, a current transformer 15 is fixed by tightening the holding plate 16 with a bolt 17 and a nut 18. The bolt 17 does not pass through the current transformer 15 but rather is indicated disposed behind the cross section part of the current transformer 15. Mounting the current transformer 15 onto the flange 13 provided with the bushing 14 via the holding plate 16 simplifies the structure and thereby reduces the production cost.
