PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To remove extraneous noise with relatively long periods without lengthening sampling time in a measuring method. SOLUTION: An observer 1 inputs points of measurement to a computer 2. A measuring point dividing means 5 creates ten points of measurement so as to perform measurements ten times to one point of measurement, and the points of measurements are rearranged at random together with other points of measurement by a measuring sequence rearranging means 6. By the output of the measuring sequence rearranging means 6, a measuring device 3 measures data 4 in the order of the output of the measuring sequence rearranging means 6 and returns the results of the measurement to the computer 2. The computer 2 returns the sequence of the points of measurement to the original sequence by a measuring sequence inverse rearranging means 7. The measured values with returned sequence are corrected by a measured value correcting means to reduce the effects of noise and are returned to the observer 1. |
