PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the method of management of powers for the different components of a consumer apparatus, even if main components fed with powers are cut off because they are inactive. SOLUTION: An apparatus, which has a plurality of devices which can operate and consume powers independently, includes a plurality of power lines, a plurality of 2nd grounding planes and a power management circuit 130. One of the power lines is associated with one of the plurality of devices which can operate independently. One of the plurality of grounding planes is associated with one or more power lines among the plurality of the power lines selectively. The power management circuit selectively makes at least one of the plurality of grounding planes inactive, independently of the other plurality of power lines. |
