PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate mounting of a weather cover on an exhaust port provided on an external wall by working from the side of a room. SOLUTION: A cover body 11 protruding from an exhaust port 21a provided on an external wall 21 is provided with a flange part 11d being pressed on a peripheral part of the exhaust port 21a. The cover body 11 is integrally provided with a mounting frame 12 to be inserted into the exhaust port 21a and a pair of fixtures is mounted on the mounting frame 12 inserted into the exhaust port 21a. A head part of each screw 16 linked by a screw to the mounting frame 12 is retained on a retaining piece 15 provided at each one end part of the fixtures. The mounting frame 12 is pulled by each screw 16 to the side of the room so that a pressure piece 15b provided at the other end part of the fixtures is pressed onto a side on the indoor side of the external wall 21.
