BEER-LIKE PORE SHAPE INSPECTING INSTRUMENT

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inspecting instrument of the shape of beer-like pores which enables automatic inspection of the shape of the beer-like pores with higher reliability in a short time as formed in an insulation layer when a printed circuit board is formed by a buildup method. SOLUTION: Information on luminance characteristic which an image of 3×3 dots with some pixels as center pixels has is extracted as such of the pixels from an image of a surface where beer-like pores are formed of a printed circuit board and feature information a notice area has is extracted from these pieces of luminance characteristic information. A detection of beer-like pores as candidate defect is performed by a radial judgment based on the feature information and then, the presence of the defect as candidate beer-like pores is determined by a microscopic judgment.
