PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily and inexpensively obtain electric fusion type service tee capable of performing the same diameter hot line branching by a punching work. SOLUTION: This electric fusion type same diameter hot line service tee remolds saddle part of electric fusion type different diameter hot line service tee 1B so as to conform to the outside surface of a pipe to be connected of a bore (a)/cross-sectional area A by using this different diameter hot line service tee 1B which has an inside surface 22 conforming to a pipe of a bore (b) which is larger than a bore (a)/cross-sectional area A and is provided with a saddle part 3 burying a heating member 7 in this inside surface 22, a drum part 2 provided with a punching tool 10 for forming a punch hole of a bore (a)/cross- sectional area A and a spigot part 4 which branches from this drum part 2 and takes out a branch pipe of the bore (a)/cross-sectional area A and is preliminarily manufactured.
