<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain simulation results which can rapidly and exactly deal with actual disaster by inputting disaster information, facility capacity data indicating the victim accommodation capacity of prescribed hospitals and facility position data indicating the positions of the hospitals and determining the allocation of the victims to the hospitals. SOLUTION: A disaster predication simulator 1 is inputted with the earthquake information 2 relating to the earthquake intensity at the focus of the earthquake or the peripheral areas of the earthquake source, the ground surface acceleration data 3 and the disaster prediction data 4 and predicts the damage conditions. A medical treatment remedy simulator 12 is inputted with the ground earthquake information 5, road damage information 6, artificial damage information 7 and physical damage information 8 outputted by the damage prediction simulator 1 as well as respective sets of the data including the facility capacity data 9, facility position data 10 and doctor position data 11 and outputs facility damage information 13, facility role information 14 and source information 15. A medical treatment remedy simulator 12 predicts the victim acceptable number of every hospital in accordance with respective pieces of the information and determines the number of the victims to be sorted to the respective hospitals.</p> |
