PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a storing and carrying device capable of storing and carrying many electronic devices provided with different dimensions and shapes. SOLUTION: This carrying device for the electronic device such as a semiconductor chip or the like is provided with a frame provided with an upper part, a lower part, a peripheral part and a window on the inner side of the peripheral part, a thin film 30 for covering the window, a groove 26 provided on the lower part and an elevated flange 28 around the window provided on the upper part. The thin film 30 is provided with an adhesive layer and the adhesive layer holds many electronic devices. The electronic device is attached onto the adhesive layer at an optional position on the thin film 30. The elevated flange 28 of the device is fitted with the groove 26 of the different storing and carrying device and the storing and carrying devices are stacked. The adhesion of the adhesive layer is lowered by the electromagnetic radiation of heat (infrared rays) and ultraviolet rays, etc., and the electronic device is detached. |
