PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To display an image seen finely as mush as possible by supplying data by one dot portion selected according to a prescribed selection order rule from the data by plural dots portion of one group to one dot of a display, and displaying and driving them. SOLUTION: The image data are developed on the screen of a display by allocating the group of plural dots in the vicinity of bit map image data to respective one dots of the display. Then, an operaton electing the data by one dot portion from the data by plural dots portion of one group according to a prescribed selection order rule is repeated at a high speed. Then, the selected data by one dot portion are supplied to one dot of the display to be displayed and drive. In an applied see-through type display panel, frames 1 are combined, a see-through grating is constituted, cylindrical housings 2 are integrally provided on respective intersection point parts of this grating, and high luminance LED assembly lamps 3 are incorporated in the housings 2.
