PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the incident efficiency of a light by efficiently making a light having an angle with an optical axis incident on a light receiving picture element. SOLUTION: Almost semi-spherical microlens 19 and 20 on which inclined faces 19a and 20a are formed are formed on the light incident face of a solid image pickup element 12 corresponding to each light receiving element 12a. Also, inclination angleθ1 andθ2 of each inclined face 19a and 20a is gradually made smaller toward a peripheral side from an optical axis O side. Therefore, an inclined light having an inclination angle more than a prescribed angleϕ1 and less than a specific angleϕ2 with the optical axis O can be fetched from an inclined face 19a of the microlens 19 at the optical axial O side, reflected, and converged on the corresponding light receiving element 12a, and an inclined light with an angle more than the specific angleϕ2 with the optical axis O can be fetched from the inclined face 20a of the microlens 20 at the peripheral side, reflected on a spherical face 20b in the microlens 20, and made incident on the corresponding light receiving picture element 12a. Thus, a light crossing the optical axis O can be efficiently made incident on the light receiving face 12a.
