PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To report incoming by a proper reporting means corresponding to a situation, and to easily switch and set the reporting means. SOLUTION: When an incoming signal is received, a receiving time is obtained (a step a1), a reporting means assigned in the receiving time is obtained from a time division pattern set by (n)-day unit (steps a2-a4), and activated (a step a5). Also, a reporting condition can be set according to plural set time division patterns and the combination of each pattern. Also, the reporting means set according to schedule is preferentially activated by the reporting means set according to the time-division pattern. Also, plural subscriber's numbers are assigned to a transmitter/receiver, the time-division pattern is individually set for each subscriber's number, and the pattern corresponding to the subscriber's number obtained at the time of incoming is applied.
