PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a patient to effectively utilize consultation waiting time by updating the contents of a doctor's information file and a patient's information file in real time when information is generated, retrieving the patient's information file and calculating and displaying consultation starting time based on time information stored in consultation waiting patient information. SOLUTION: In each consultation room, the contents of a doctor's information file 1012 and a patient's information file 1013 are updated in real time when information is generated. On a reception desk, a consultation room in which a doctor in charge of a visiting patient exists is retrieved from these files 1012, 1013 and whether the doctor in charge can executes consultation for the patient or not is checked. In a waiting room, the doctor in charge of the visiting patient and the consultation room can be acquired based on the files 1012, 1013. The file 1013 is retrieved based on the aquired consultation room, the consultation starting time of the patient is calculated based on time information stored in all consultation waiting patient information in the consultation room and the calculated time information is displayed on a terminal information display part 306 together with the patient information. |
