PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To display a moving image with high image quality by receiving moving image data regardless of a small communication capacity. SOLUTION: While character graphics data for a menu image are sent and displayed, the transmission of moving image data with a degraded frame rate (frame number per second) than a usual rate is started, and a user side information terminal equipment stores the moving image data once to a RAM 27, and after the storage of the moving image data with a prescribed amount is finished, the data are read from the RAM 27 and reproduced continuously. Thus, even in the case that the communication capacity is not applicable to moving image communication in real time, the moving image data are transmitted and the moving image is continuously displayed in the reproduction of the moving image. |
