摘要 <p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical fiber passive arraying device using an arraying platform in which optical fibers are passively arrayed in an input/output optical wave guiding channel for an integrated optical element. SOLUTION: This device is provided with optical fiber array blocks 300, 400, an optical wave guiding channel element chip 100, and an arraying platform. Each of the optical fiber array blocks 300, 400 is provided with arraying guide grooves 320, which are positioned in the longitudinal direction of an optical fiber at a predetermined interval, and an optical fiber fixing plate 340, in which an optical fiber is fixed to a board. The optical wave guiding channel element chip 100 incorporates input/output optical wave guiding channel arrays 110, which are formed corresponding to optical fibers so as to be connected to the optical fibers, and is provided with an arraying guide 120. The arraying platform is provided with arraying guiding rails 220, which are formed so that the arraying guide grooves 320 are packaged to them, and arraying guide columns 210, which are formed into projections so as to be fitted into the recess- shaped arraying guiding tool 120. In this way, a space can be secured between the arraying guide rails so that no contact is generated with the optical fiber fixing plates 340 in the optical fiber array blocks 300, 400.</p>
