摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable excitation oxygen to be taken out by bringing hydrogen peroxide aqueous solution into contact with a catalyst for decomposition. SOLUTION: A hydrogen peroxide water solution supply port 12 and a hydrogen peroxide aqueous solution exit 14 are provided at the lower portion of a reaction container 10, and a hydrogen peroxide aqueous solution, for example, with a concentration of 10-70 wt.% is filled to a position where one portion or an entire portion of a catalysis layer 16 in the reaction container 10 is dipped. A honeycomb catalyst where a metal such as Pb is carried on a surface is used as one example of the catalyst layer 16. In the reaction container 10, the hydrogen peroxide aqueous solution touches the catalyst of the catalysis layer 16, and excitation oxygen is generated due to the decomposition reaction of hydrogen peroxide. Therefore, the excitation oxygen is taken into an oxygen partial pressure, for example, 100 Torr or less vacuum, quickly within preferably one second by a vacuum pump 20 from an upper excitation oxygen take-out port 18, and deactivation in the liquid is reduced, thus obtaining excitation oxygen used, for example, for an iodine laser resonator.
