The package is made from a strip (3) of material, divided by fold lines (4, 5, 6) into main (71, 72) and intermediate (81, 82) panels. The main panels have holes (10) in them which are smaller than the tops of the pots but larger than their bottoms, and the intermediate panels are narrower than the height of the pots, so that the packaged pots sit in the holes in one panel and have their tops showing through the holes in the other. Either end of the strip can have a flap (9) for gluing the ends together.
