PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To attain operation under a condition of a low sampling rate and the small number of CCD cells by extracting electric charge by a charge extraction part at specific frequency and transferring charge by 1st and 2nd delays having the specific number of cells. SOLUTION: When it is defined that (n) and (k) are optional natural numbers and Ns is an integer of >=4, the number of cells in each of the 1st and 2nd CCD delays 12, 13 is k-Ns and carrier frequency (f) and a data rate fd satisfy the relation of f=(n.k.Ns±k).fd. The charge extraction part 11 extracts charge at frequency fd.k.Ns. Charge sampled by the extraction part 11 is successively transferred to succeeding cells in the CCD delay 12, inputted to the CCD delay 13 and successively transferred. Charge elements having the same phase are extracted from respective cells of the delays 12, 13 and multiplied by respective multipliers 14 and respective multiplied values are added by an adder 15. A positive or negative signal is obtained as a delay detection output signal in accordance with matching or inversion of the phase of the input signals. |
