<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To support two opposed semicircular heat insulating materials without falling so as to improve handling performance by forming a circular hanging band of a piping support in such a way as to be opened from an upper cutout part, and disposing two opposed semicircular heat insulating materials in the state of being bonded at the obliquely lower parts, inside the hanging band. SOLUTION: At the time of supporting a pipe by a heat insulating piping support 9, the support 9 is laterally opened from an upper cutout part so as to laterally open a circular hanging band 2 of a metal plate and to laterally open semicircular heat insulating materials 5, 6 bonded at the obliquely lower parts to the hanging band 2. After the pipe 10 is inserted in the support 9 in an opened state, bolts 11 are passed through bolt through-holes 8, 8 of hanging parts 3 and thread-fastened to nuts 12. A piping is therefore clamped by the semicircular heat insulating materials 5, 6 and suspension-supported by the supports 9. At this time, the bolts 11 are temporarily fastened by bolt fall preventing seats 13, and the nuts 12 are welded to the outside of reinforcing metal plates 7 of the hanging parts 3.</p> |
